"Bread and Circuses" is such a ridiculous episode (like, that whole part with the slave girl makes me headdesk about 40 times) but I kind of love it anyway because of the prison scene ("What happens in GLADIATOR SPACE JAIL stays in gladiator space jail!") and also McCoy getting mad at Spock in the arena, and also THE LITTLE PLASTIC SHIELDS. /o\
