This whole Roman Polanski thing is driving me NUTS. No one I know IRL has been horrible about it, thankfully, but pretty much everyone in Hollywood needs to die screaming in an actual fire except for a few people, one of whom, oddly enough, is Bill Maher. Yeah, raise your hand if you saw that one coming.

It's seriously killing me, but yeah. :( Apparently he even flew to Europe to give Polanski his Oscar when Polanski couldn't pick it up in person, but I didn't know that.

I honestly deal with it by imagining an AU where Han and Leia go around the galaxy bringing fugitive child rapists to justice, but my coping mechanisms are odd and probably a bit stupid.
